- Mark Skinner - Mark has been with Hobbs, Smith and Associates since 1978. He is a survey party chief,
specializing in single-family residential lot surveys, urban and rural property surveys, and topographic
surveys. He also performs CADD drafting and survey drawing and checking.
- Perry Davis - Perry has been with Hobbs, Smith and Associates since 1976. He is a survey party chief,
specializing in single-family residential lot surveys, property surveys, topographic surveys
and site construction project layout.
- Jeffery Cook - Jeffery has been with Hobbs, Smith and Associates since 1992. He serves as
a rodman/chainman on survey crews.
